Q: QuestionMy JVC HA-EC20BT had been connected to my phone since I bought it.. I'm wondering why it has been disconnected and can't connect it back.. is there a way to connect it back to my phone??

• A:Answer Turn the Bluetooth feature off then on, on your phone. Unpair then pair again. I had to do it last week to reconnect.

Q: QuestionI cant get them to charge, and when I try to connect them i follow the directions and it wont flash blue and red. When I hold it down for 3 seconds it flashes red red instead of blue red. How do I fix this?

• A:Answer To turn on the Bluetooth, push the middle button (between the +/- buttons) and hold for a couple of seconds, then it will make a sound when it's connected on your device.
