• I've had the same problem. My headphones don't hold a charge beyond 2 hours. Maybe we are both doing something wrong, or the product looks better than it is.

• Need to fully charged them and then use them till they are dead this builds battery life

• make sure to charge them using the provided cable. We recommend directly to a wall outlet. If this continues, I recommend calling JVC Customer Care
