Turn the Bluetooth feature off then on, on your phone. Unpair then pair again. I had to do it last week to reconnect.

Please try again later.Make sure you have wifi and bluetooth connection is turned on your phone.. also important to charge your earbuds for one hour so it will connect back to your phone..After the earbuds are charged, press the middle button between (+) and (- )on earbuds until light is green
