• yes, but be aware the charge on these only hold for about 2-3 hours tops. and the sound quality is pretty tinny, so you won't get a nice rich sound environment while wearing them.

• Depends on what you consider "long distance". They only hold a charge for about 2 hours, mostly less than that. Mine didn't work after 3 months of use however. Spend the money and get a better brand.

• The soft over ear clip and four hour battery make the HAEC20BT a good choice for running longer distances. As an alternate, the JVC HAET50BT has a soft in-ear clip which will stay in your ear a little better and is also very comfortable, along with a 9 hour battery.
