- Answer Great question Teedle. If you press and hold for 10 seconds it will flash both blue and red. Then you will be able to pair.

- Answer Sorry, the HA-EN10BT does not include a replacement battery. You may charge the built-in battery with the provided USB cable.

QuestionI haven't found a charge plug that will fit into the USB slot on this device. I have tried four sizes (for my Smart Phone, my blue tooth speaker, and other devices) and none fits. Does this Gumy set of earphones have a unique USB power connector?

- Answer It comes with a micro USB to USB cable, but it is not unique. It should be a fairly common cable.

- Answer Thanks alfy, Yes, press and hold the center button for a few seconds and it will shut off (it takes a wee bit).
