• It’s annoying press forget device add again. Make sure it’s charge up had the same problem. A lot of time had to redo it on my phone

• It takes a good 20 full seconds to turn it on. Make sure its charged and press and hold the turn on button for a good 20 seconds. If that doesn't work please return it.
