“Do these work with Windows 7? I bought these along with a USB Bluetooth Adapter. The headphone pair with the Bluetooth part fine, but when Windows tried to install a driver, I get an error saying that a driver canoe be installed. Is there a workaround?”

It will work as long as the windows 7 is Bluetooth compatible.
