yeah, once it blinks red after seven seconds, hold it for about five seconds more. I literally just had this problem with my JVC - HA-FX39BT Marshmallow wireless in-ear headphones. it work, believe me. if pressing the button for 12 seconds does not work, then press for 7 seconds, release the button, and then press down for five more..
