• Had an issue too...found that u have to hold the play button for like 10 sec until the little light starts blinking...then u can connect

• This should have worked. We recommend to try another phone to make sure there is not an issue with the phones; Bluetooth. Any smartphone or tablet should be able to pair to this headset.
