Where is the bluetooth signal actually received on these headphones? Do the earpieces actually receive or transit any signal, or does all that happen at the part with the buttons? (I want to minimize radiation to the brain) null

The receiver is located in the volume block. Bluetooth headsets emit far less radiation than cell phones themselves. ... if you're worried about radiation exposure, bluetooth technology provides a safer alternative
