“Sooo.... The lights blink. Its fully charged. And i can hear the tone when they turn off and on. BUT they arent visable to my phone? Is there a way to fix this cuz i dont have the recipt (they were a gift)”

I have exactly the same problem. I also hear the a tone , the blue light will blink once then it's gone. It is also not visible in my device.
