“ON the second day after Best Buy installed it...it says "DISCONNECTED" and can't play the radio. The CD player works just fine. Any idea why this is happening?”

It would be best to contact JVC on troubleshooting unless the issue is the wiring that might need to be checked. Please call JVC first to see if anything over the phone can be done.
