“I just had this installed at BestBuy on 02/21 at 5:00PM. After I got into my truck to check everything out, I could not find the controls for the XM radio. It says "Satellite Radio Ready" on the box and advertisements, however, I can't find the controls”

To get Sirius XM you have to have a tuner installed in your car for it. If you do and the stereo was installed properly, it should come up when you click through the source options.
