A:Answer Yes, but you will need adapters for the installation and if you want to use the factory amp then you will need to either cut your wiring harness or find another solution.
You will need an installation kit like the Metra 99-2003 to accept single-DIN size radios, an adapter like the Metra 70-2054 for the wiring harness and an adapter for the antenna like the Metra 40-GM10.
If the vehicle has OnStar, you can get an adapter for that. If you have steering wheel controls, there is another adapter for that, also. You can see what you will need at http://www.metraonline.com/ and fill in your specific vehicle information.
Note that the Metra 70-2054 will bypass the amplifier. I am not sure about the wiring to use the factory amp with a unit like this.
