“I have the tiniest ears + canals. Have a pair of JVC wired hphones that don't hurt my ears bc they have a silicone cover on the entire earbud. Even the tiniest size of in ear buds never fit in my ear. Has anyone had luck with these? Pic is of pair I like!”

These earbuds should work just fine for what you need. My girlfriend has very small ears as well and it was a struggle to find her a good pair. These come with a smaller size marshmallow piece attached that would fit snugly in your canal. The small size of the earpiece itself fits in small ears as well.
