You can download and store around ten 4K movies. Your library of movies are stored in Kaleidescape's cloud and can be downloaded in about 10 minutes (if you have a 1 Gbps broadband connection). Movies can be deleted and downloaded at any time. Some people like the ability to store all their movies locally, which is where the Terra servers come into play. If that is not a concern for you and you have a good internet connection, then the 10 minute download time is a great way to get into the Kaleidescape ecosystem at a lower cost point. Personally I don't mind the 10 minute download. In addition, you can download the movie from your phone or any web browser. I usually know what movie in my library I want to watch 10 minutes prior to me sitting down to do so.
