• Two way works ok. It is the recordings taken when activated by sound or motion detection that has a delay or lag time. Make sure it’s pointing outward for early visibility and has ample time to start recording events.

• Once you click on your doorbell you have a live button. After you click the live button you can press to talk and then press again to listen. So click the microphone button and when finished talking you it'll turn to a stop and you hit that to listen. Kinda simple butt for the price I think it serves the purpose.
