• Yes, I have the first generation and don't like the way the new one plugs in so I use the old one with no issues.

• Yes, it will work. Just pair the video doorbell to the app and that should automatically recognize your existing chimes. If not, go to Settings > Device Management > Choose the video doorbell > Chiming Sound > then, from the bottom part of the page you should see "Sounds from" then make sure that the name of your chimes has a checkmark on them.

• Nope. It cant and the new chime that comes with it is terrible. Its volume is low and you dont have the option to change the chime tone like you do with the older ones.
