It’s running Windows with an x86 processor so it should have no problem with Eclipse. It’s a good PC for kids, but not for hardcore development.

The Kano is the same exact operating system and experience as I have on my XPS. So I don't see why you couldn't just as long as the Kano meets the minimum specs for memory and processor if there are any.
