Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The best way to remove the back case of your Kano PC is to do the following: 1. Detach your Kano PC's keyboard. 2. Lay your Kano PC screen down on a flat surface. We recommend putting something soft under the screen so it doesn't get scuffed or scratched. 3. Start pulling up on one of the corners of the clear case. Once you get one corner pulled up, at least one or two more corners should also come up when pulled on. 4. Once you have two or three corners pulled off the back, pull the whole case up from the side in the direction of where the last corner or corners are still attached. This might take a bit of force, but this is okay because the case should not break from that force.
