• It has a mic, mounted on the circuit board. It works fine.

• in addition to the built-in microphone, one can buy a webcam from the Kano site for about 40 bucks. also, one doesn't have to have a camera to participate in a zoom call or meeting. voice only works just fine.

• We have had trouble with the microphone getting picked up for Zoom calls. You need to be very close to it for anything close to good sound to be picked up. Headphones with a built in mic solved the problem for us.

• This cannot be used for zoom as it does not have a camera, which was the question. A microphone does not suffice a zoom call.
