• Yes, it has a vise mount and all required hardware to clamp onto a desk or table overhang (up to approx. 3" thick) Also has VESA mount screws

• Yes! It also comes with all tools you need to mount to the edge of a table or an existing hole in a table/desk. If you need to make a new hole, you will need to supply your own drill and bit (or plug router and bit). You would need a hole about 2" wide by 1/4" thick.
