“Does this Kanto wall mount kit include the 4 screws compatible to screw into the mount holes on the back of my TV? Although my TV is less than a year old, I don't recall if the mounting screws came with it. (Samsung UN43NU7100)”

Yes it comes with different sizes of screws. However on my LG tv I had to use longer screws and washers on the bottom of the tv because of differences in the back of the tv.
