The LDX640 16” (40.6 cm) dual stud wall plate accommodates up to 16” stud spacing. The LDX90 however can accommodate up to 24” stud spacing. If you have any other questions or require additional information, if you could please email us directly at [email protected] and we would be happy to help.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It does come with 4 drywall anchors if you can’t place it to penetrate studs with the bolts. It’s easier and more stable to drill and screw the bolts it into studs but it would probably work with the drywall anchors. Other “screw in” type of anchors are available at a hardware store and they are probably the best anchor if you can’t utilize the studs. The back bracket is about 18 inches wide. You might be able to get two of the bolts mounted into one of your studs and then the other two bolts mounted with the anchors. Then that might make it more than stable enough. It’s a nice bracket.
