YouTube videos will help tremendously. Take your time. The biggest challenge might be locating wall studs.

Please try again later.Simply, read the instructions, allow plenty of time so that you don't feel rushed and watch the manufacturer's installation video for whatever model you purchase. I spent MUCH more time just trying to locate studs which would be sufficient for our corner mount location. Unusually spaced studs, with metal air return ducts made choosing the location a chore, but installing the mount itself was rather easy. Then again, if you money to spare and prefer to dedicate your time towards other endeavors, then absolutely hire a professional. It is easy enough to accomplish on your own, however.
