It should. I used this to hang my 65" Sony. It comes with multiple screws in differnt lengths, washers and spacers for differnt setups. I had a lot of left over hardware when I was done installing. SUPER sturdy and a great addition. Pretty easy to install. I had to drill through plaster and button board since my house was built in the 50's.
