“We just purchased a 55” Samsung UN55NU6900 TV: 1. Are the arms required? We only have 4 screw holes in the back of the TV. 2. Samsung guide says 43-45MM is needed and the washers fall into the holes.”

mike4president, The arms are not required. Washers are not required in some installations, you can likely just use the included 50mm bolts and add a spacer behind the mount's plate so that it doesn't fall into the TV's holes.
