“I want to pull the TV (43" diag) out of a cabinet that is about 30" deep. The cabinet is 35" wide so I will have to rotate the TV in a 45 degree angle to tuck it in the cabinet when not in use and close the doors. Will this bracket extend 32"?”

From the base of the mount on the wall to the plate of the mount which the TV will be attached to extends to only 19 inches max. So this mount may not fit your needs of what you're trying to do.
