• The button is on the back of the airpod case not the Kate Spade case. Hope to is helps.

• This is just a slip cover for your case, pair the case your actual air pod pro’s come in, and then slip the Kate spade cover over it.

• You'll have to take it out of the Kate Spade case to access the button on the back of the AirPods case. And, it's not real obvious with a light silver button outline on the white case.
