“Map updates? I dont see an SD card slot. How does the unit handle/install map updates from garmin? Are custom maps, like 4x4 trail maps, installable? On some units they are.”

• There is an SD car slot on this radio. It's on the left side. You can update the maps by checking Garmin and installing it to the radio or you can go to Best Buy geek squad and they can do it there too
