“I am having a hard time updating my new GPS DNX575s Kenwood. Please help what type of usb drive can I use? what are some other options? I have tried troubleshooting with kenwood and garmin. I do not want to have to refund the gps! Please help!”

I had used a formatted MBR FAT32 USB drive, It worked for me.

I'm not really sure , but I would think if you called a Geek Squad associate , they could give you an answer !!!
