“Does this work with the original factory back up camera?”

• I know this is not the best answer, but I would think so because I did not have a backup camera on my truck. I added one which they connected to the radio. If the can connect a third party camera, I would bet that they can connect a factory original camera.

• Yes, it works with you camera. You have to have the maestro plug and play.
