- Answer They installed a Mic. It sits up near the rear view mirror and is not reallty obvious. I have to admit the version they installed has better quality and requires less volume.

This model has a dedicated backup (rear-view) camera input (R-CAM) that accepts a composite RCA video signal from a compatible backup camera. You must connect the camera’s video output cable to this input for the head unit to display the camera view. The camera would be sold separately.
