QuestionI have the DDX903s I initialized it and now I’m having trouble getting rid of the “advertisements” for car play. I don’t know how to set up the car play and also the mirroring isn’t working.

- Answer mine does the same but i do not have the camera installed. it should give a warning to pay attention while driving and in the center of the screen you have to hit agree every time you start the vehicle.

QuestionI recently bought a 9703s. Everything seems to work well except on occasion when I'm making a call, the head unit seems to shut off. Or at least the screen goes black. And sometimes it works just fine. Seems like it happens more often when the cars parked

Questioni recently purchased the Kenwood DDX9703S, had it installed by Best Buy. I also purchased backup camera VOXX ACA501. I've connected the RCA . When i connect the camera to the reverse wire and ground, nothing shows on my HU. Any thoughts why i get no pic?

QuestionHow come there is no subwoofer output but it has subwoofer controls? Or am I missing the hookup for a subwoofer? Thanks in advance.

- Answer There definitely is a subwoofer out. It's either the top or bottom pair of RCA plugs on the back. There are three pairs totall, and it will have a SW by the sub output. I have put this unit in two cars, and it's fantastic.
