“Anyone know why the woofer only works on mine ? I have these speakers and The tweeters make no noise just the woofer but my rear 6 3/4 speakers of the concert series work fine.”

• Could be a bass blocker. Try hooking the speaker directly to a known good source . If it plays your good speaker wise. If not check settings and the wires

• They are most likely defective speakers but depending on your head unit and or amp settings if you have HPF settings on either or both and they are set below the mid and tweeter frequency response level say 160 hz then they won't respond at all except with frequency sounds within there level..
