No, this model does not have built-in GPS.

No. You can use Waze and Apple Maps thru the KENWOOD app, CarPlay or Androidplay.

The unit we bought does not have a GPS but that said, why would you want to be subjected to paying an annual fee for map updates with a built in GPS when you can get a Garmin with NO fee for life updates for less than two annual updates on the units that come with the vehicle. The Kenwood radio/CD/backup camera we bought and had installed is FANTASTIC. Our 14 year old vehicle had no backup camera but this aftermarket unit more than fit the bill. The camera shows at least twice as far as my "built in" back up camera on our other vehicle. The screen images are crystal clear, the blue tooth means hands free calling. There is nothing negative about this unit and the Best Buy installers did a super excellent job. There is no way you can tell this unit did not come right from the factory. This unit is worth every penny we paid for it and I would 100% recommend it to anyone who doesn't have a backup camera and needs one.
