“I have recently got this radio installed and has been working fine with the CarPlay after I got a new USB/iPhone charger but after the phone is 100% charged, the CarPlay won’t work anymore. Any thoughts? Thanks”

No problem with mind but I'm using the Apple cable that came with my phone. I have experience cheaper cables being able to charge my phone but transfer data No. Hope that helped.
