“Oddly enough, I had to LOG OUT of my BB account to ask a question... I have this unit and today I may take it back. I have to keep disconnecting and reconnecting it to make a freaking phone call or receive a text. Kenwood? Do I NEED TO SPEND MORE?”

• To the Kenwood exper - I have an appointment with BB Car Installation on Jan. 11, 2020. I went there last weekend and the problem persisted in front of three technicians so hopefully they will just install a new unit that works. My phone works just fine in my 2018 Dodge Ram with Android Auto so I too think it is a faulty radio. Thanks for taking the time to answer.
