I just bought this receiver and it is excellent! Yes you can add a back-up cam. I bought a cheap one on eBay ($30) and it works great with this. I had Best Buy do the installation of the receiver, back-up cam and 4 speakers. If you get their Total Protection Plan, installation is virtually free. I had to pay a little bit for the front speakers because they are component speakers. The guy did a great job! Make sure you get all the interfaces for your steering wheel it is very convenient!
