QuestionWe have a Ford E450 box truck. Does the backup camera (we will have to buy the camera kit) come on automatically when the truck is in reverse? Also, how does this radio compare with the upgraded version?

- Answer The radio has a reverse wire that would trigger the back up camera to show when in reverse. You didn't provide a upgraded model to compare it to. If you have a model that you are looking into you can call Kenwood directly to compare any of their models as they would have more information.

QuestionIt says that it will play DVD's, but not CD's. Do not see a slot. Where do you put the disks?

- Answer This model radio does not have a CD/DVD mechanism. You cannot play a DVD or a CD.

QuestionI purchased this unit in December 2020 and the past week have been having constant usb connection issues with all of my 3.0 cables. connection point is loose. it will even disconnect if volume goes past the 1/2 way mark on the head unit.
