“I wanted to know about I saw on other models, it said HD Audio and this does not have it? Does it mean I won't get radio on this or not? I don't use Sirius or something but I am concerned and also if general radio, will i get station names, song etc?”

Yes, this item does have the general radio capabilities, the names of the song and radio station do appear.
