Hello Valued Customer, thank you for sharing your question! The Kenwood DPX305MBT receiver does not fully support all Alexa voice control features. Alexa can be used with the DPX305MBT, but only through a smartphone Bluetooth link and the Alexa app. It’s not fully integrated like in some higher-end receivers with built-in Alexa. We also recommend connecting with a Geek Squad install professional at your local Best Buy store.
