QuestionIf I connect a 1TB hard drive to this stereo, will it play all of my music? Is there anything I need to do to the drive first like formatting it a certain way?

- Answer This unit, unlike our new radios, cannot play back HDD in NTFS. It will only work if your drive is FAT16/FAT32. Normally you cannot get a drive that big into FAT16/32

- Answer We took it to our local shop for installation and dash kit for my daughters equinox it was $150. They do offer Geek squad to do it for free (plus cost of dash kit and fittings I’m sure) but we live far away from Best Buy so we took it to our local guy.
