Is 8AWG wiring recommended for this amp? null

I ran 4ga as it can draw up to 60a of current, and most CCA 8ga is only good for 40a of current. The amp runs flawlessly with 4ga, but might not get enough current running 8ga unLess you run a premium ofc 8ga- a few companies make an 8ga that can run 60a.

Yes. And using a 100 fuse will give you 1,000 watts max. Anything more you need 4 gauge
