“I have this Kenwood set up.its only about 7-8 months old the other day the sub's just stopped working.I changed the deck and rca jacks and speaker wire.the amp isn't in protection mode I hooked the subs up to another system.work fine.stumped!any help?”

Your amp must have fried like mines. My amp burned inside and it didn't blew the fuses, poorly made..

Please try again later.Did you check all of your fuses, did you wire a fuse inline with your system (ie battery--fuse--amp) I'm assuming you have some technical knowledge, IDK where you have your amp mounted but sometimes especially if its mounted directly to the sub box the wires inside the amp (transformers etc come loose, even if the amp isnt in protection mode it does not mean that something didn't come loose and cause a short. Without seeing inside the amp however it is difficult to be certain exactly what happened. Is the amp running at full power? Have you checked your ground ? start simple as possible then work more complex? hopefully you figured it out already if not we can exchange info and discuss happy to help if I can.
