Does this camera have grid lines? null

Yes, the screen shows grid lines like a rectangle box and a red line in the middle. It is quite good to indicate the backup distance. Just feel the rectangle is quite wide.

Yes it does but by default they are turned off. The instructions will tell you what wire to cut to activate them. However if you install a Kenwood HU it should have built in grid lines that are adjustable. So if the camera is not installed in the center of the bumper or if you need to move the red line closer or further away.
