“Mine is still stuck on demo mode everytime I turn on my car I have to turn it off and I don’t have full access to all the settings”

Tap "Settings" or "Setup" on the Home Screen. Scroll down to "System" or "General" (wording may vary based on firmware), and tap that. Look for "Demo Mode" or "Store Demo" and tap that. Select "Off".
