• A:Answer Yes, you can modify your boot screen and ‘wallpaper’ as well. The boot screen image must be a BMP at 800x480 RGB 5, 6, 5 ratio placed on a usb with a text file. I found success using guidelines detailed on this web site: https://carboncarsystems.com.au/diy-change-kenwood-start-screen-image/ I used free software named ‘gimp’ to modify images to the correct size. The wallpaper seems to be any format and size, but the boot screen must be as above. Hope this helps.

• A:Answer The short answer is yes, if you connect this head unit to your car with an integration module like the iDataLink Maestro RR and the harness HK1. Your camera works on 6 volts, not 12; the iDataLink Maestro RR provides the required voltage. Go check out the iDataLink web site, enter your vehicle for the list of supported features. I have this setup in my 2008 Toyota Highlander and love it. Cost extra, but well worth it. I’ve added the parts needed for your install to the recommended products below. I hope this helps.

Q: QuestionI have a 2005 Honda Pilot with a 6 disc CD changer. Can this be connected to play and control the factory CD changer? Also, can it be connected to my steering wheel radio controls?

• A:Answer The DNX576S does not have the option to connect a CD changer. As for the steering wheel options the radio does have the connection wire for this. Please consult the Best Buy installation team to see what steering wheel adapter will be needed for your vehicle.
