• You are supposed to be able to download to a computer. I can't answer your question directly because I haven't done so with mine, but I did witness a wreck the first week I had the camera and was able to easily transfer the video to my phone (you have to have the Kenwood App) while on the side of the interstate. The highway patrol were able to view it on my phone for evidence. As far as the computer goes, I know before I purchased it I saw a demo video that showed someone viewing the videos on their PC. Hope this helps.

• I take the sd card out and plug in the side slot on my laptop, or any card reader. Hope this helps.
