Professional installation is recommended for all products, but is not required. Professional installation is recommended to ensure optimal performance and prevent product damage.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I did self installation and cd works fine. You would have to contact Besy Buy to see why they recommend they install it. I am sure every car is different. Mine was an old model without any modern technology to worry about.
